Financial Tips for College Students: Only Use Credit Cards for Emergencies
Money can be extremely tight for college students, especially those students who are living on campus. This makes the temptation to use credit cards as a means of paying for take out and other unnecessary spending all the more enticing. When most college students use credit cards they spend money they don’t have, which is what leads them into credit card debt.
It’s highly recommended that you only use your credit card for unexpected emergencies, such as car repairs, rather than using your card to buy some new shoes.
